Shipping & Returns

IN case of product cancellation BEFORE DELIVERY.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY FEE WILL BW DEDUCTED AND REFUNDED.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM KOREA, VIA FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY OR EMS POST KOREA.

ORDERS SHIPPED BY FEDEX HAVE AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME OF 2-5 WORKING DAYS. ORDERS SHIPPED BY EMS (KOREA POST) HAVE AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME OF 7-14 WORKING DAYS.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days once the payment has been recieved. You will be notified with an order confirmation once your purchase has been made, followed by a tracking number once your item has left our warehouse in Korea.

Please note that the shipping time does not include the customs clearance or other potential delays. *Due to COVID-19, there is a delay in shipping time, we hope for your kind understanding.

NOTE: Customer’s total purchase price does not include duties, taxes, tariffs, or any other costs associated with clearing the purchased goods through customs. These fees are customer’s responsibility alone
We always declare packages as GIFT and $5 value. We do our best to avoid this situation, but we cannot guarantee it will not get caught in customs. If some charges occur, it is the buyer's responsibility since it is beyond our control.

* Due to the custom issue, we declare the actual value for Albania packages.
* All packages to Chile will be declared as $28 USD

It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and security of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly submitted shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from a shipping address with no secure location.

 

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the fabric. All transactions are nonrefundable. Nevertheless, we would like to hear from you about your feedback or inquiries regarding your experience. We'll respond to you as soon as possible.
